ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2013

The business has held certification for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System, the most widely recognised standards in the world for over 10 years enabling us to have the ability to consistently provide services that meet customer, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements within our Integrated Management System.

The protection of our customers data, along with our own, and the policies and processes in place to handle such data is paramount to the business.

We continually strive to seek ways to improve the manner in which we process ‘information’ and work closely with our customers and suppliers to provide ‘customer satisfaction’ and meet best practice guidelines.

Over the years we have worked closely with UKAS accredited businesses Lloyds Register and BSI to retain certification and we continue to do so in order to evidence continual improvement of our Integrated Quality & Information Security Management Systems, IMS.

UKAS are the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, the national accreditation body for the United Kingdom. UKAS is recognised by government to assess against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.

Working with organisations that are UKAS accredited for issuing certification to ISO standards entails providing evidence of compliance to both standards during stringent bi-annual audits, carried out by BSI.

This commitment provides re-assurance to our customers that their information is being processed securely and in line with government and internally recognised standards.

Many businesses advertise that they hold ISO certifications but they have not been issued by companies that have been assessed by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, UKAS.
