e2e members recycle 95% of all vehicles which are end-of-life – reporting their compliance with the targets set by the EU ELV Directive to DEFRA on an annual basis. We decontaminate, dismantle and depollute over 300,000 vehicles per annum and our 50+ nationwide environmentally compliant depots are licensed as Authorised Treatment Facilities. We safely dispose of the hazardous materials from the vehicle such as coolant, brake fluid and air conditioning gases which are harmful to the environment and we dismantle and extract all the useful components like metals, plastic, rubber and glass so that they can be reused.
