On November 18th we hosted a live webinar ‘Building a sustainable approach to motor claims’. Joining our COO, Neil Joslin, on the panel were representatives from AA Insurance Services, Ageas Insurance, Co-op Insurance and the National Body Repair Association. Over 300 people across the industry registered to listen and there were more than 40 questions from the audience.
